There are large number of Application servers in parliament running applications. They are behind application firewall installed at NIC(HQ). the address you see on various links is that only.. However user need not required to type any addres to reach to a particular place in the website.. You appreciate that RS website one of the most upto-date website with enormous amount of information being provided.. As such we checked and found no error in the link.
